Catamaran charter

Catamaran charter is appreciated by everyone and the demand for catamarans has extremely increased over the past few years. It has become a popular pleasure craft.
A catamaran is a twin-hull sailing and engine powered boat. These boats provide space, comfort and stability. Another important facility is their shallow draft which allows you to approach the shore and to access most coves and beaches.
Most catamarans have roomy cabins with commodious berths which provide privacy on board. All the catamarans are equipped with all the necessary comforts, some with luxuries and extras for superb sailing vacations. The main saloon is bright and airy with an excellent view all around. There are several options for the interior layout and design. For example, the galley may be located down in starboard hull, or it can be located up in the bridge deck saloon. When located down, the galley can be roomy, while in the main saloon its size can be restricted.
Catamarans are ideal for families and large groups, for all the areas are comfortable enough giving an extra space for all the passengers. If space is your priority, chartering a catamaran would be the best option for you then.
These boats are also available for bareboat charter, provided you have a sailing certificate and adequate sailing experience. The principles of sailing are similar for both catamarans and monohulls.  However, larger catamarans can be chartered only with a professional skipper, provided by a charter company.
Skippered charter is ideal for everyone who wants to enjoy a carefree holiday in some of the most beautiful cruising areas, enjoying the sun and water sport activities. These catamarans have a separate skipper’s cabin which makes them ideal for longer cruising.
Catamarans have high average speed, because they are light and stable. They carry more sail area than a monohull, which draws more power than a monohull’s sail. Catamarans have two engines, one in each hull. The engines are completely separated from each other and it makes these boats easy to handle.
